Where is Galah Home located?

We're at Shop 2, 1 Emerald Street, Cooroy QLD 4563, in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland. See our location and map.

What are your opening hours?

We're open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–2pm and Sunday 9am–12.30pm.

Do you offer free gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping all year round, in store and on online orders — just let us know it's a gift.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Yes — and there's nothing to sign up for. Whenever you have a customer account with us, you automatically earn points on every purchase that you can redeem for money off future buys. Order online and an account is created with your email, or in store just give us your email at the counter. You don't need to be on our newsletter to earn or redeem points.

What is the Galah Flock and how do I join?

The Galah Flock is our newsletter community. Members are first to hear about new arrivals, events and exclusive specials, and every subscriber goes in our monthly draw for a $50 in-store voucher. Just sign up to our newsletter (the form's at the bottom of any page) to join. This is separate from our rewards points — you're welcome to be part of either or both.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is a $20 flat rate Australia-wide ($30 to WA). Large or bulky items (such as furniture and some artwork) are quoted separately. We're unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes — we offer free local delivery within 20km of our Cooroy store on orders over $100.

Can I buy online and collect in store?

Absolutely. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready, usually within 24 hours.

Is everything from the store available online?

Our website shows just a fraction of what we have in store. If you're after something specific, pop in or call us on 07 5302 4044 — we're always happy to help.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes — Galah Home gift vouchers are available from $30 to $250 and can be used in store and online.

Do you accept Afterpay?

Yes, Afterpay is available, along with all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We handle returns in line with Australian Consumer Law. We're happy to exchange as-new, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, or if you find an item cheaper elsewhere. Faulty or damaged items are covered under the ACL — please contact us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged. See our Refund Policy.

We carry a curated, ever-changing mix including Elk, Bonnie and Neil, Madras Link, Robert Gordon, Coast to Coast, Haven, Betty Basics, Elm Lifestyle, Murkani, Martha Jean, Sassy Duck, Dusky Robin, Paddywax and many more.

Do you host events or workshops?

Yes — we regularly host personal and home styling workshops, author book signings and seasonal gatherings. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social to hear what's coming up.

Do you offer interior or home styling?

We do — our in-home styling and consulting service can help with anything from a single-room refresh to a full home reimagining. Ask in store or get in touch for details.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there's convenient street parking in central Cooroy, close to our Emerald Street store.
